Beschrijving: The SNOW project was set up as a result of the expiration of the contract with the current service provider. The Geographic Information System that is used by Schiphol for the Winter Fleet shows through a web application where spreading and sweeping vehicles are located or have recently been. The web application shows which distances the vehicles have travelled and via which route. In addition, it is also possible to see exactly which vehicle sprays out what amount and type of de-icing fluids and at what speed the vehicle has been driven. The system reports the vehicle activities, the distances driven and the locations (determined by the Geographic Information System).
